Solomon PONSLER born February 11, 1822 and all I have is Fairfield County, Ohio although they undoubtedly came from Pennsylvania. I believe him to be a son of Louis PONSLER Jr & Anna WERNER, thereby a grandson of Louis PONSLER Sr & Tamar EVANS. Solomon married 1st - Chloe Malinda BRECKENRIDGE born August 11, 1828 on February 7, 1847 in Franklin County, Ohio and she died February 1, 1867 in Shelby County, Illinois. He married 2nd - Margaret HARRISON in either Ohio or Illinois. Only info I have is she was a close friend of Chloe Malinda and widowed approximately same time frame as Solomon. The story is he went back to Ohio and married the widow (whether HARRISON is her maiden name or her married name I don't know, although they named their son Patterson Harrison PONSLER and their daughter Chloe Malinda after his 1st wife/her best friend??)and she, Margaret, died within 2 years after birth of their daughter. He then, remarried, but in Shelby County and again, to a widow, Sarah McCurdy Bixler. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has any knowledge of this family. Solomon & Chloe Malinda are my great great grandparents, their daughter Caroline my great grandmother and Caroline unmarried, died at the age of 17 in childbirth of my grandmother Antoinette in 1873. I have heard from another researcher, who, although has no knowledge of my Chloe Malinda in Franklin County, feels she is of the BRECKENRIDGES of what he termed "of Culbertson's Row". Is this familiar to anyone?

In the late 1800's and early 1900's members of the Wildermuth Family lived in Baltimore, Ohio and ran a business known as the Wildermuth Bending Company. The business made wheels for horse-drawn carriages and other products using bent wood. Some time around 1900 the factory burned down and my understanding is that the business was moved to Columbus, Ohio. My parents, three sisters and a brother moved to a house at 1530 Summit Street, Columbus, where I was born on February 7, 1913. I am trying to obtain more information on where the family lived in Baltimore, where the factory was, when it burned down and when and where it was rebuilt in Columbus. The Wildermuth family maintains the Wildermuth Memorial Church near Carroll, Ohio
which was estabilshed by an ancester, Daniel Wildwermuth, sometime before 1859. Any information you may be able to obtain for me will be greatly appreciated.
